Forum related to the OGP Summit workshop on : « open-source contribution policy template for administrations » that will take place in Paris, December 8, 2016: https://fr.ogpsummit.org/osem/conference/ogp-summit/program/proposal/74

This category will be used by all the group members to exchange and discuss on the various themes and draft the free & open-source software contribution policy.

The goal is to create a free/open-source contribution policy template that can then be instantiated locally by governments.

I am starting to look at the FOSS contrib policy to evaluate if and how to implement in in Italy.
I was wondering if there is already some experience, from other countries, where this policy has been implemented and how did they managed to do that.

The possibility to confront expriences here, would be more than appreciated!
