How public action gets digital

Understand the shapes that the delivery of digital public services takes, worldwide, to make good organisational practices emerge, and find collective and individual rooms for improvement.

In many States, the way in which digital public services are created and distributed is shifting towards openness: source code, APIs, data and even decisions and committees are opened. How do these different initiatives unroll in their own specific contexts? What are the similarities and the differences in practices, in organisational shapes and in constraints that these changes bring? Which seem necessary and which don't? What limits have been encountered on the road towards more openness? How have they been overcome?

This roundtable will bring together makers from all around the world, in an open conversation on the shapes that the delivery of digital public services takes.
